11 The invention relates to locking devices, mainly to locks for a car door. A car lock is known, comprising a support plate with a seat for constipation, hinged-mounted on both sides of the seat and spring-loaded arms, each of which has a recess for constipation and two depressions, fixation device including a spring-loaded locking element mounted on the support plate with the possibility movement in the direction towards the saddle of the support plate and connected with the rotary control lever lever unlocking, and the lock mechanism SP. The famous castle has the following disadvantages. The design of the locking means, including the clamps mounted on the support plate, is such that when the parts of the lock are deformed, it is possible that the lock is deliberately opened. The design of the locking element requires great precision in the construction of its walls in contact with the hollows of the grippers. In addition, the locking element may not come into contact simultaneously with both grips. All this leads to a decrease in the accuracy when locking the lock. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of locking. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the lock for the car door, which contains a support plate with a seat for constipation, hingedly mounted on both sides of the seat and spring-loaded arms, from which there are recesses for constipation and two depressions, locking means, including a spring-loaded locking element mounted on the base plate with the possibility of movement in the direction towards the saddle of the base plate and connected with the rotary control lever of the unlocking mechanism, and the locking mechanism, the locking mechanism includes an installed The locking element perpendicular to the locking element, one end of which is associated with the locking mechanism, and the locking element is connected with the control lever by means of a pin fixed at the other end of the locking element and has a slit in which the pin is placed, while the controlling one the lever 9 has a shoulder for contacting with a pin, and the end part of the locking element with a pin is located with a gap in relation to the shoulder of the control lever. FIG. 1 shows the castle, a general view; in fig. 2 shows the assembly associated with the governing body of FIG. 3 - door stop designed to interact with the lock. The lock contains a supporting metal plate 1, provided with two protrusions 2 and 3, made in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the plate 1. The lock body 4 is made of plastic material and is attached to the metal plate 1 which is attached to the car door. Plate 1 has a saddle 5 for receiving a constipation 6 in it, mounted on a fixed vehicle structure. Plate 1 and the locking device 6 are installed in such a way that when the car door is closed, the locking device 6 is inside the seat 5, and its axis is perpendicular to the plane of the plates 1 1. The two grippers 7 and 8 are hinged by means of the axes 9 and 10 on the plate 1 on both sides of the seat 5 for contact with the locking 6. Depending on whether the door is partially or fully closed, the grips 7 and 8 can be moved from their open position or to the first ., or into the second closed position, while in any of the closed positions, the clamps 7 and 8 interact with the constipation 6 in such a way as to keep the door in a certain position. Thus, the lock can detect an open state, a partially closed state, or a fully closed state according to the position of the vehicle door. The grippers 7 and 8 have corresponding recesses 11 and 12 for interacting with the constipation 6 in any closed position of the lock. The grippers are spring-loaded between each other by a spring 13, which is spirally wound on axes 9 and 10, and the ends are more rigidly attached to the grips 7 and 8. The spring 13 acts in such a way that the grips rotate in opposite directions in the direction of their open position, in which their notches 11 and 12 face the outer space of the castle. The lock contains locking means comprising a locking element 14 mounted on the support plate with the possibility of movement in the direction towards the saddle of the support plate and under the spring loaded 15. Each of the grippers 7 and 8 is equipped with a pair of V-shaped hollows 16 and 17, into which the locking element enters 1A, in order to fix the positions of the claws corresponding to the two lock closure states. When element 14 enters recesses 17, grips 7 and 8 are held against the action of spring 13 in their first closed position, which corresponds to the partially locked state of the lock, similarly when placing element 14 in notches 16, grips are held in a position corresponding to fully closed state of the castle. The lock includes a control lever 18 equipped with rocker arms 19-21. The free end of the rocker arm 19 is used to connect, by means of a mechanical type of a known type, with a handle located on the outside of the car door. The control lever is pivotally mounted on the plate 1 by means of an axis 22, perpendicular to the plate 1. The rocker arm 21 of the lever 18 is installed so as to contact with the pin 23 placed with the possibility of sliding movement in the slot 24, made in the locking element 14. The slot 24 made perpendicular to the direction of movement of the element 14. As a result, when the control lever 18 is rotated in a direction that presses the rocker arm 21 against the pin 23, the pin 23 moves in a direction parallel to the direction of movement element 14, which leads to a corresponding displacement of the element 1 itself. The control lever 18 is spring-loaded with a spring 25 installed in such a way as to prevent the rocker arm 21 from being pressed against the pin 23. The pin 23 is rigidly fixed at one end of the locking element 26 installed perpendicular to the locking element 14 and connected to the other end with a locking mechanism incorporating lever 27. The lever 27 rotates on the plate 1 around the axis 28, perpendicular to this plate. In the gap between the lever 27 and the plate 1, the hair spring 29 is diluted, which, acting through the elements 26 and 27 on the pin 23, tends to keep it pressed to one or the other end of the slot 24. The end 30 of the lever 27 is attached by mechanical t Known to the type of rotary locking cylinder, located on the outside of the door of the car and operated by a key. The end of the lever opposite to the end 30 is connected by means of the transfer lever 31 mounted rotatably on the protrusion 3 with a mechanical link connected to a push button located on the side of the door facing the inside of the vehicle. The arm 20 of the lever 18 is positioned in such a way that its free end is in contact with the arm 32 of the lever 33. The lever 33 is rotatably mounted on the protrusion 2 and has a second arm 34, which is connected with a handle to open the door by means of a known type located inside the car. The grippers 7 and 8 and the control lever 18 are rotatably fixed on the plate 1 by means of hollow cylindrical sleeves 35, the mounting screws can be passed through the KOTopbie in order to attach the entire structure to the car door. The three pivot points associated with the grippers 7 and 8 and the control lever 18 coincide, thus, with the three mounting points of the structure on the car door. The lock 6 of the lock door is made in the form of a cylindrical pin, which contains an inner metal sleeve 36 , providing coaxial installation of the annular element 37, made of elastomeric material. The annular element 37 is surrounded by an elastic element 38, made in the form of a curved spring, inserted, for example, by a longitudinal slit in the annular element along one of its forming. In the undeformed state, the elastic element 38 occupies a larger area in cross section than that defined by the two notches 11 and 12 in the closed position of the grips 7 and 8. As a result, the constipation 6 is rigidly held between the grips 7 and 8 in their closed position. In order to impart mechanical strength to the structure, the lock 6 is placed between two parallel plates 39 and 40, between which the second sleeve 41 is also placed. In the sleeves 36 and 41, transverse holes are provided through which the fastening screws for fixing the lock 6 on the fixed door structure . On the grippers 7 and 8, near the depression 17, cam surfaces 42 and 43, respectively, are provided so as to align the locking element 14 to its side, in which it contacts the hollow 17 as the grippers 7 and 8 move in their direction closed position The lock works as follows. When, when the car's doors are closed, the lock enters the contact with the recesses 11 and 12 of the clamps 7 and 8, the latter rotate around their axes of rotation against the direction of action of the spring 13 and move in the direction of their first closed position. In this state, the locking element. 14 is kept in contact with the cam surfaces 42 and 43 of the grips 7 and 8 by means of the coil spring 15. As soon as the shaped depressions 17 of the grips are set so that they face the element 14, the coil spring 15 will lock the element 14 into these grooves. In this state of the lock, the locking element 14 prevents the grippers 7 and 8 from returning in the direction of their open position under the action of the spring 13. As the locking movement 6 continues into the saddle 5 of the support plate 1, causing the door to be completely closed, the locking element 14 locks in the V-shaped depressions 16 grips 7 and 8 and holds: these elements in their second closed position, corresponding to the fully locked state of the lock. Opening the door of the car can be carried out by one of the door handles, located outside and inside the car. In both cases, as a result of the action applied by correspondingly the gears 19 and 20 of the control lever 18, this lever is forced to rotate relative to its center of rotation on the support plate 1 (clockwise rotation direction, see Fig. 1). This rotation presses the rocker arm 21 of the lever 18 to the pin 23 rigidly mounted on the locking element 26. As a result, the pin 23 is displaced in a direction strictly parallel to the sliding direction of the locking element 14, so that with the subsequent movement of the pin 23 all the way into the walls of the element 14 the locking element 14, under the action of the pin 23, it comes out of contact with the V-shaped depressions in the grippers 7 and 8. As soon as the element 14 comes out of contact with the depression 16 or 17, the grippers 7 and 8 return, under the influence of the spring 13, to their open positions, in which The door is opened. Locking and unlocking of the lock is provided either by acting on the end 30 of the lever 27 when the external rotating cylinder of the cylinder is activated, or by acting on the opposite end of the lever 27 when the push button located inside the car is activated. In both cases, the lever 27 rotates around its axis 28. If the lever 27 is in the position shown in FIG. 1 (unlocked lock position), the lock is locked by a lever 27, which rotates in such a direction as to move the pin 23 from its position at one end of the slot 24 and bring it into contact with the opposite end of the slot 24. In this position the pin 23 turns out to be beyond the reach of the rocker 21 of the control lever 18, which thus cannot act on the shifter 23 so as to displace the locking element 14, as a result of which the control lever t8 has no effect when it is turned. In order to unlock the lock, the lever 27 rotates in the opposite direction on the board and moves the pin 23 back to the end of the slot 24, where it can come in contact with the rocker 21. Although FIG. Figure 1 shows that the lock element 14 is installed with the possibility of sliding in guides made in one piece with the plate 1, these guides can also be made in the housing 4, which is made of plastic material.
